The place is neat, well cared for by employees. The clerks at the facility were welcoming. The wait was short. The lady who cut my locks was quick to ask the length and styling I was looking for. She cut my hair exactly as I requested. We has a lot in common during our chat. The prices are good and they are very near our residence. I have been utilizing the same company the past fifteen years in 3 states. And have very little negative to report during that length of time. Thank you for your services.

Online check in was easy. Nice service however, it is exactly what I thought. Even after showing a picture of exactly what I wanted which was a fade. I just got a shave. Even though I showed her the part and the blend. I just got a hard shave around. It seems when I visit these places out of necessity I seem to find someone who doesn't care or has basic skills.

Since I have the Great Clips app I checked in online . Upon arrival was greeted in less than 10 seconds and told I had a three to five minute wait. In under 5 minutes was greeted by the person to be my barber ,seated and caped. Discussed what I was looking for in my haircut. And she proceeded to make it happen. After completion made sure I was happy with everything, so I paid my bill and due to the excellent job left a healthy tip. My barber was a very pleasant professional Doing a very good job. I hope she is still here the next time I need a haircut.
